The Four Personal Imperatives
When you work with Brent as your individual coach, you will mindfully work through the Four Personal Imperatives. These tasks arose out of his work as a counselor trainee while working on his graduate degree, and he has continued to refine them for his work with Summit Pathways. Each imperative represents key issues Brent has encountered in sessions with his clients. Everyone should work on these four essential tasks at some point in their life and should review them often.
Understand your internal wiring and resources in order to set your goals and reach them.
A compassionate view of yourself is essential for an emotionally healthy life.
Determine what you are responsible for–and let go of what you aren’t–to create clarity and build healthier relationships.
Focus your time and effort on what matters most in order to find fulfillment and create a legacy.
"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be." -Ralph Waldo Emerson
